Wesley’s Kitchen

The dishes served at Wesley’s Kitchen, situated near Zurich’s Main Train Station, could just as easily have come directly from the street kitchens of Shanghai. Lovers of Far Eastern cuisine are treated to Shanghai Bao (stuffed, steamed dumplings with a crispy pan-fried base), glass noodle and wan tan soups, or delicious salmon or tuna carpaccio. Incidentally, you can also sample Wesley’s culinary prowess every Wednesday at the market at the Main Train Station – where Shanghai Baos stuffed with pork or vegetables are freshly prepared.
