At the Spaghetti Factory in the heart of Zurich’s Old Town, spaghetti, gnocchi or penne are trumps. Whether served in the classical way with a Bolognese sauce or in the more exotic Bombay style with curry and coconut milk, the possibilities are virtually endless.
