The Gärtnerei treats its guests to fresh, tasty, individually selected salads, homemade soups and sandwiches, as well as a selection of seasonal vegan, sugar-free and gluten-free culinary delights. Everyday from 12.00am, there are hot, quinoa- or natural rice-based "Gardener Bowls" – prepared with freshly sautéed vegetables and served with or without meat according to guests' individual preferences. All of the food is 100% natural, for the Gärtnerei completely dispenses with the use of artificial additives or preservatives.
