Description
They are full of color, variety, and deliciousness, the meze dishes from the Middle East. A meze is a mix of typical Oriental specialties, like hummus, tabbouleh, or baba ghanoush, all served in small bowls so that guests can sample several of the delicacies at once. At the stylish Bebek restaurant, located in the same building as the Houdini movie theater, the specialties taste even better thanks to the friendly service, lofty ceilings, and small garden terrace that await guests. The restaurant has capacity for 120 diners, and there is a bar upstairs with seating for 40 more guests.
Incidentally, one of the huge windows to the rear of the restaurant looks straight into the neighboring tram depot. Late in the evening, it almost seems like they are running through the restaurant.
