Description
This friendly locale, housed in what was formerly a grain silo belonging to Tiefenbrunnen Mill, is located not far from the banks of Lake Zurich. If you visit early in the morning, you can smell the aroma of freshly baked bread emanating from the in-house bakery. That whets your appetite for a substantial breakfast – which is available here every day. With an abundance of regional produce and delicious coffee.
At lunchtime, there is a small selection of tasty dishes, while in the evening events are regularly held. And at the weekend, after breakfast you can also enjoy sweet and savory crêpes, salads and fruit tarts.
The active awareness of saving resources and avoiding waste does not just manifest itself in the food. The drinks to take out are provided in a foldable bottle that can be reused over and over again.
